The plot is planted with 70 year-old vines, facing east and benefitting from the morning sun. This is a cool site on the south-western side of the hill of Corton. The wine is tender and lean, with a chalky-mineral tension. Dark fruited, with ripe forest fruit, blueberry, bitter cherry and firm tannins. Ballerina-like, elegant, with a strict and tight core.
