We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate this, we provide a reasonable time window prior to the reservation time where changes or cancellations may be made without fees or with reduced fees.


• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation date will be charged the full price of the ticket per guest. 
• All booking changes or cancellation requests must be sent by the visitor via email to [email protected], clearly indicating the event details and/or account/booking number. 
• Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Corney and Barrow. 
• In exceptional cases, Corney and Barrow may need to cancel a booking made by the guest due to weather, or other reasons. In these cases, guests will be reimbursed for the price of the original booking (excluding booking fee).
