Pascal Cotat and his daughter produce traditional style Sancerre aged in oak. Les Monts Damnés vineyard has been in family for generations and is located in Chavignol, east of the town of Sancerre. This is a wine that can age for effortlessly, it has a characteristically zippy acidity with a plush palate. A fantastic and gastronomic wine, made in small quantities (the estate make 15,000 bottles a year).
