If I already have an account with Corney & Barrow, how can I access information online?
Please email [email protected] with your full name, account number and the email address that you would like registered to your online account. We will then reply with instructions on how to access your account.
How do I access my account for the first time?
Go to the My Account section and enter your email address into the ‘forgotten password’ box then select ‘request a new password’ – this is the safest way to ensure that your password is kept completely confidential and decreases any security risk. Your new password will be emailed to the email address you have registered against your account.
How do I create an online account?
You can create an account by clicking here. You can also create an account during the checkout process.
How do I change my online account details and contact preferences?
Your password and delivery address can be changed by logging into your account and clicking on ACCOUNT/COMMUNICATION DETAILS. To change your name, last name or email address please contact us at [email protected].
How safe is shopping on corneyandbarrow.com?
Corneyandbarrow.com.hk guarantees to all users and customers full data security and confidentiality. All personal information stored in your account or entered in any online transaction is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Socket Layers).
Do you deliver or send products outside Hong Kong
No, we can only arrange delivery within Hong Kong. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
What happens if I have forgotten my password?
Go to the My Account section and enter your email address into the forgotten password box then select ‘request a new password’ – this is the safest way to ensure that your password is kept completely confidential and decreases any security risk. Your new password will be emailed to the email address you have registered against your account.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
We can ring you to arrange a convenient time to ensure this does not happen. Please select this option during the check out process. You will be asked to enter your phone number. We are also happy to leave your delivery in a convenient place, as specified by you when you process your order. Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Saturdays (except Public Holidays) between 9am and 6pm.
Can I request to pay on invoice?
All payments must be made on debit or credit card when placing the online order. If you are an account holder and wish to pay later, please contact a member of the sales team on +852 3694 3333.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has been confirmed. You will be advised of any issues if they arise.
