A charming wine with aromas of honeysuckle and lemon. Mellow on the palate with a hint of minerality. Ideal with seafood and light meats such as veal. This wine is made from 65 year old vines located in the northern part of the appellation close to Puligny. Matured for 17 months, 5 months in stainless steel and in 100% oak barrels (25% new).
