A quintessential Bourgogne Blanc, Olivier Leflaive’s Sétilles is a classic - the Côte d’Or in a glass. The ‘secret recipe’, known only to a select few, is based on fruit from parcels across Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault, with a dash of other exceptional sources (the exact proportions of which I am aware, and will consider divulging in exchange for a case or two...). One of the star wines of the vintage, the wine is expressive and rich, silky on the palate with fine, scintillating acids.
