The aromas are tauter and more citric – lemon and lime, with a hint of honeysuckle. With time in the glass, apricot too. The palate is beautifully pitched between fleshy fruit ripeness and taut, steely acidity, with a crisply defined line of grippy extract. 10.5% abv. Bottled under screwcap.
