Arbois Trois Cepages Domaine du Pelican 2017

Arbois Trois Cepages Domaine du Pelican 2017

65% Pinot Noir, 30% Trousseau, 5% Poulsard. Dark berries, fruits of the forest, with a herbaceous finish. Spicy notes and sous bois from the Trousseau. Vinified in a mix of 228 L barrels and foudres. A very yummy wine.

"Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard compose this cuvee. It exudes crunchy red berries aromas and the signature saltiness of Jura reds."
