This is classic Provence rosé. So pale and delicate, yet fruity. A real crowd-pleaser. Floral notes coupled with that kind of rich stone fruit you only get from wines from this part of France. A summer staple.

This has pliancy and cushioning of fruit, with notes of grapefruit and lychee, offset against precise, zippy acidity. Joyful, this offers excellent value
The Badstube is wonderfully open in style, food-friendly, ripe, yet focused – lovely wine

Translucent, almost raspberry red in colour to the core. The fruit jumps out of the glass, redcurrant and other fresh red fruits and real lift. Lovely open texture with good livening acidity. Some spice on the mid-palate. Refined and fresh with good length. Awesome value. 14.5%

Poulsard is almost like a rosé in colour but certainly not in taste – quite a serious drop. The nose is dominated by flowers, small red berries and mineral notes of crushed stones. On the palate it is Pinot Noir-esque, but a
marked saltiness reveals Poulsard. The wine is already open, probably a signature of the vintage. Yet you feel it is young and will age beautifully thanks to the salinity. It is a great wine for gastronomy or on its own. The plots are in Montigny and Arbois; the wines are between 25 and 60 years and planted on marl and calcareous sands, very soft and called here schistes cartons, because of
their aspect of layered cardboard.
