Managing the inbound delivery and collection process of customer owned stock from other UK merchants.

Assisting with customer reserve management.

Landing stock once arrived onto the AX system.

Book to book system reconciliation.

Consulting with other wine merchants to obtain values/invoices for wine purchased outside of C&B.

Support the export area for holidays/sickness absences.

Handling of stock related queries.

Liaising with 3rd party warehouses.

Raising, amending and receipting transfers, returning orders, dealing with uplifts and purchase orders.

Obtaining invoices for customer wine bought from other merchants.

Maintaining transactional records.
Desirable Responsibilities
-
A background in customer service or logistics is a benefit but not essential as full training will be given.

University graduate.

Enthusiastic and keen to learn.

Effective communication skills.

Analytical and numeric.

Good attention to detail and organised.
I.T. Skills
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required.
- Experience of using ERP systems beneficial but training given.
OFFICE BASED ROLE AT THOMAS MORE STREET, LONDON E1W 5 DAYS PER WEEK
