"Coeur de Terroirs is a blend of five parcels The grapes for this wine, from 50 year old vines grown on quartz-rich granite, are 100% destemmed. This has seen 18 months in large oak then concrete. Very intense ruby in colour, it offers a blend of blueberry, bramble, black cherry and spice on both the nose and palate, the tiniest hint of citrus zest for vitality and hints of grilled fennel on the finish
