Situated above Clos de la Roche Grand Cru, almost at the forest’s edge, with sandier soils, giving small ‘milleranded’ berries and consequently more body and structure. This is quieter and darker on the nose, revealing a fleshy, softly fruited, dark berried palate, with very firm tannins.
