Ipsus is coming from a single estate, planted only in Sangiovese. The vineyard is in Il Caggio, a localita, in the Chianti Classico hills. There are 6 plots, for a small 6.5 ha of vines, around the top of the hill, surrounded by Tuscan forest and wild life.
