Made in collaboration with Domaine François Carillon, this became a smash hit when we launched our first vintage last year. The wine comes from five hectares, almost entirely within Puligny-Montrachet. Aromas of ripe peach, white flowers, cedar and struck match followed by flavours of fleshy stone-fruit and honeysuckle, the palate putting on weight and stature. Mouth-coating extract and pear fruit on the long finish. Another shameless overperformance in 2019.
