Bodega Ruca Malen Sparkling Brut Traditional Method NV

Bodega Ruca Malen Sparkling Brut Traditional Method NV

Founded in 1999, Bodega Ruca Malen is a boutique winery based in Mendoza -emblematic centre of the wine country- which comprises one of the worlds’ best awarded winery restaurants. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes harvested to make this traditional method sparkler are planted at 1,200m a.s.l., high in the Uco Valley mountains. Ruca Malen’ handful of exceptional vineyard sites are planted across a variety of microclimates and soils. There, the grapes benefit from the intense, luminous sunshine together with cooler night-time temperatures to yield grapes with both fruit concentration and exceptional freshness. Rising-start winemaker Noelia Torres recently joined the ranks, bringing her rich experience and unique, feminine grace to the wines.

"A delicate blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown high in the Andes mountains, which combines a creamy texture and lingering freshness. Rich, complex and fruity, this classically styled sparkler offers a great insight to the potential of Mendoza's terroir. "
