Autumn Wine

In this autumn, we suggest Pinot Noir driven champagne or a Rosé from Italy. Then a well-balanced, mineral, and oak-aged white; Meursault or Rhône white. For the reds, medium-bodied cuvées come to mind but not yet the structured Cabernet, like Gamay, Syrah, Merlot dominant’s Bordeaux, and a good Côte de Beaune’s Pinot Noir. These suggestions will pair well with your roasted meat, grilled seafood, and your oven-baked specialties!
