Arbois Savagnin Ouille Domaine du Pelican 2016

Arbois Savagnin Ouille Domaine du Pelican 2016

The wine was still cloudy, with a high level of sugar still remaining. It was an explosion of white flower aromas. The berries are lightly crushed before being pressed and then fermented in barrels and bottle.
